Yoga: My First Attempt At It!

  Today I tried yoga for the first time and it is probably the hardest thing I’ve ever tried. I’m not even joking guys yoga requires so much strength, flexibility, rhythm, calmness, and patience. I have none of those.

  I loved it though. I did the yoga at home (I’ve no idea if I’m supposed to have a professional to help you when you first try yoga) and I followed this video:
